PRICES AND CONDITIONS

At the Scirocco and Tramontana residence you will benefit of a hotel hospitality level and a number of exclusive services without giving up to saving money.

Weekly prices (VAT included) per apartment

For stays below one week please contact us for an estimation

During Easter, 25 April, 1 may holidays we will apply prices included in period B (as June and September)

Services Included in price:

• Weekly blanket and bathroom accessories change;
• Electricity, water, gas consumption;
• 24h Assistance.

Extra services:

• Final cleaning of apartment (compulsory – 30,00 euro);
• Telephone and Internet connection;
• Daily accessory and blanket changing (15.00 euro per person);
• Daily apartment cleaning, kitchen excluded (50,00 euro per day);
• Transfer service return from Trapani airport (25,00 euro per person) and from Palermo airport (45,00 euro per person).

Discounts:

• For stays of 14 days (two weeks) discount of 10%;

General Conditions

• check-in: from 13.30;
• check-out: within 9.30 (am);
• Animals not allowed;
• For short stays (less than a week) compared to the weekly price list is expected to the application of the daily rate slightly increased;

Payment Conditions

• payment in cash (Euro);
• credit card allowed;
• in order to confirm the reservation it’s necessary to send a bank transfer for 30% of the total amount (50% for reservations for 1 night);
• for last-minute reservations it is possible to confirm reservation without advance payment.
